In February 2014, the STA expanded their services to include The Solano Mobility Call Center. This was one of four Solano Mobility priorities identified in the Solano Transportation Study for Seniors and People with Disabilities completed in 2011. In addition to providing commuters and Solano county employers with information on a variety of transit services and incentive programs, The Mobility Call Center provides seniors, people with disabilities, and veterans with a range of various mobility information.
